由於疫情嚴重，為保障各人的安全，我們將暫停上門維修服務，直至另行通告，敬希諒解。

 

如需要維修，本公司將有以下程序安排：

 

  1. 請先致電2618 7388提供有關維修細節

疫情期間服務時間：星期一至五 9:30am – 5:00pm (午休時間: 12:00pm-1:00pm)

   2. 請自行安排速遞或者郵寄以下

（1）維修產品（無線耳機產品包括耳機及充電器）+

（2）購買單據證明副本 +

（3）個人聯絡資料（姓名、手提電話及回郵地址）

   3. 檢查及完成維修後，本公司將致電通知您並以速遞形式寄回已維修好產品到回郵地址。
