Delivery Fee 送貨服務費

  • Customers can enjoy free standard local delivery service (except for outlying islands and remote areas) to your specified billing address for each purchase of HK$400 or above (net purchase amount as specified under your invoice). 

  • When you purchase for an amount of less than HK$400, you may enjoy delivery service to your billing address at additional charge specified by us.

  • 賬單總額*滿 HK$400 或以上(折實後),即可享免費本地送貨服務(不適用於離島及偏遠地區) 

  • 如訂購貨品總金額少於 HK$400,則需收取指定之送貨費。

  * 賬單總額指扣除已使用的購物優惠券 、購物禮券、其他折扣優惠及運費後的金額。


Delivery Area 送貨地區

  • Local delivery service only. No overseas delivery service is provided.

  • Free delivery service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.  It is not available for the outlying islands and remote areas including the followings: Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Kam Shan, Kwun Tung, Tai Po Lam Tsuen, Yuen Long Lam Tsuen, Lau Fau Shan, Lok Ma Chau frontier closed areas and beyond, Lung Kwu Tan, Pat Sin Leng, Sha Tau Kok frontier closed areas and beyond, Tai Lam, Tai Mo Shan, Shek O, Lion Rock, Hong Kong International Airport, etc.  A specified delivery fee will be charged for delivery to the mentioned areas.

  • Customers can choose to delivery the goods to SF EP Locker or SF Store for self pick-up by providing the SF locker code or SF store code in the address fields.  

  • 送貨服務只限本地,不設海外送貨。

  • 免費送貨範圍包括香港島、九龍及新界地區,不適用於離島及偏遠地區。 免費送貨服務不適用於離島及偏遠地區包括:大嶼山、南丫島、 金山、古洞、大埔林村、元朗林村、流浮山、落馬洲禁區外、龍鼓灘、八仙嶺、沙頭角禁區外、大欖、大帽山、石澳、獅子山及香港國際機場等。 送貨至以上地區須收取指定送貨費。

  • 客戶可選擇送貨至順豐順便智能櫃或順豐站自取取貨,只需在地址欄中提供順便智能櫃編號順豐站編號


Delivery Arrangement 送貨安排

  • Order will be dispatched as soon as possible upon the order placement through third party logistics.  The earliest delivery time would be within 3-4 days.

  • We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient fail to accept delivery in the first dispatch due to the absence of recipients or incorrect address.

  • 網上訂單交易完成後,我們會發貨予第三方物流,派遞員會按訂單上列明之收貨地址送件,整個送遞時間一般需時3-4個工作天。

  • 如因收件地址錯誤或無人收件等原因未能成功派送,貨品將被送回物流中心。如需重新安排送件,須按該貨品支付相關的額外運費。
